Horrible Timing
BROOKLYN, NY — Coming out the gate strong with dancey single “Ballroom Fitz” in summer 2022, Horrible Timing takes its musical cues across all genres under the alternative umbrella. The band celebrates the music they listen to in their art ranging from artists like Paramore, Jimmy Eat World, and Alkaline Trio.
The band consists of vocalist Melissa Licciardello who takes influence from bands such as Fall Out Boy and Bouncing Souls into the vocal booth with big, thoughtful harmonies that pack a punch; Patrick Saccenti proudly hails a Jawbreaker sticker across the bridge of his Gibson SG while bringing his punk and early emo vibes into the mix; Christian Lovrich with eclectic taste from Long Island’s early music days brings a bounce to his catchy, rhythmic basslines; and drummer Anthony “Smallz” Strano brings a hardcore twist to this pop punk? emo? four-piece’s sound.
The band has played venues such as: Coney Island Brewery, LIC Beer Project, The Kingsland, and Lucky 13 Saloon and hopes to make their way onto some fun summer festivals in 2024.
